Kristian Høgenhaug is a 29 year old professional triathlete from Denmark. Kristian has raced professionally since 2018 after a few years racing as an age grouper.

His skills has improved rapidly throughout the last years and he has now established himself as one of the worlds absolute best triathletes.

Bio

Kristian is one of the greatest bikers in the sport of triathlon. He prefers to be in front to control the race and has quite successfully done so numerous times this season. Ironman Lanzarote, Ironman Frankfurtand ITU World Championship was all lead by Kristian most of the race.

Bio

At Ironman Lanzarote and Frankfurt he came short on the victory with a 4th and a 2nd place, but at the ITU World Championship he lead till the end and secured his first world title in a splinting time of 7:37:34.
