Bio

Florian started as a swimmer at the age of 6 in a local swimming club. After a few years he was competing at a national level and eventually became a part of the German Junior National Team. Doing his time as a swimmer he won a total of 7 national titles at Youth and Junior levels.

Bio

In 2012 he did his first triathlon which led to a passion and fascination with the sport. The year after Florian finished third at the Frankfurt City Triathlon (won by germantriathlete Sebastian Kienle). The result opened interest from ERDINGER Alkoholfrei who offered Floriana place on the Erdinger Perspektiv Team.

Bio

In 2017, Florian turned professional and started working with international triathlon coach, Philipp Seipp. This partnership has led to some great achievements with several Ironman 70.3 victories and the biggest result at Ironman Barcelone 2019 with the fastest ever debut at an Ironman.

Bio

With a time of 7 hours 45 minutes and five seconds, Florian secured the victory and a qualification for the Ironman World Championships 2021, Hawaii. Despite great results, Florian's biggest results are still ahead of him and the aim is set for victory on the biggest stage possible, the legendary Ironman World Championships Hawaii.
