Who am I?
As the name of my website suggests, my name is Mikkel Hau, and I recently graduated my Bachelor’s degree in Web Development at Business Academy Aarhus. Throughout this, I’ve gained experience with both Frontend and Backend development, however I do prefer Frontend, which is also what I have the most experience with.
I appreciate and take pride in professionalism. I like structure and when things work as intended. Whenever I design or program something, it’s difficult for me to leave things in a state of mediocrity. I have an urge to perfect it as well as I can, and I put in the effort it takes to do so.

So… Who am I as a person?
I see myself as something in-between introvert and extrovert. I like being amongst colleagues and peers, but I do appreciate being by myself just as much. I thrive in both scenarios, and I work just as well on my own as I do in a team. I like a changing work environment and have nothing against switching between being at the workplace and out of the house.
If there’s one thing that’s important to me, it’s the atmosphere of the workplace. It’s essential for me to feel good around the people I work with. And if that’s not the case, I find it natural to spread good mood and spirit to change that. I personally find it way easier to get things done if the team I work with feel well and safe around eachother.
